What We Offer

Sturgeon Adult Learning supports the Sturgeon region residents in their goals to become successful, lifelong learners.
We provide programs that serve families and individuals in meeting their learning needs.

We offer programs that serve families including the Building Blocks Program, Rhythm and Rhyme and Books for Babies.

We offer programs to serve individual foundational learning needs.

We can match individuals with one on one volunteer tutors to assist individuals with improving the reading, writing, mathematical or computer skills.
We provide English Language Learning workshops for individuals wishing to improve their English.
Community Kitchens provides an opportunity to learners to learn important skills while preparing meals for their families.

We also offer a number of Community programs to assist with addressing learning issues of importance in the community.
Community courses are offered on a cost recovery basis but we can provide subsidy for registrations for learners who cannot access programs due to income.
